Baggage Rules

Baggage refers to passenger belongings transported on an aircraft under the carrier's responsibility based on a ticket or baggage receipt.

Passengers have the right to carry hand luggage and checked baggage free of charge according to the established free baggage allowance.

Free baggage allowance is determined by the airline and indicated on the passenger's ticket.

For baggage exceeding the established norms, passengers pay a fee according to airline tariffs.

The carrier is not liable for baggage accepted for carriage free of charge unless negligence is proven.

• Hand luggage refers to items kept by the passenger in the aircraft cabin under personal supervision.
• The maximum weight of one piece of hand luggage should not exceed 5 kg, and dimensions — 55 × 40 × 20 cm.
• Only one piece of hand luggage is allowed in the aircraft cabin.
• Hand luggage is placed in overhead bins above seats or under the front seat.
• It is prohibited to place hand luggage in aisles, emergency exits, or areas blocking access to emergency equipment.

• Checked baggage is baggage accepted by the carrier for transportation and for which a baggage receipt has been issued.
• Baggage check-in is carried out at the airport check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before flight departure.
• Free baggage allowance is determined by the airline and typically ranges from 20 to 30 kg depending on service class.
• Each piece of baggage must be securely packed and have a tag indicating the passenger's name and contact information.
• Fragile items, valuables, and documents are recommended to be carried in hand luggage.

It is prohibited to carry in baggage and hand luggage:

• Explosives and devices
• Compressed and liquefied gases
• Flammable liquids and solids
• Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides
• Toxic and infectious substances
• Radioactive materials
• Corrosive substances
• Weapons and ammunition (without special permission)
• Sharp and cutting objects in hand luggage

• Baggage exceeding the established free allowance is charged separately.
• The tariff for excess baggage is set by the airline.
• Payment is made at the check-in desk before departure.
• It is recommended to inquire in advance about the cost of additional baggage with the airline.
• If space is available in the baggage compartment, the carrier must accept paid excess baggage.
